Herbal Bath Tea Soak

Ingredients: Marigold, Cornflower, Lavender, Sage, Dandelion, Epsom Salts.

Marigold: Marigold, is a beautiful yellow flower with wonderful benefits. It is a great healer when used in the bath and could help with vaginal infections and soothe haemorrhoids. It could also promote healing after childbirth, gently speeding up the recovery process.

Cornflower: A soothing blue flower which could ease pain after a strenuous workout with a scent to promote relaxation and will send you on your way to a good night’s sleep.

Lavender: Lavender is a great overall mood-boosting aroma, one of the top scents to create a calming atmosphere. It can also relieve muscle tension and could help with skin conditions such as eczema and dry skin. It contains two inflammation-fighting compounds, which can provide relief for a number of conditions. Not just a beautiful scent but a powerful bud of goodness.

Sage: A herb that is antibacterial and very effective at soothing inflammation, purifying the skin and also a great way to rejuvenate your spirit after a long day.

Dandelion: A weed in the garden but an incredible ingredient in the bathtub. Dandelion is full of vitamin C and can help promote the healing of the skin. It has wonderful detoxifying properties which can get rid of the skin’s toxins which could clog up pores, giving you fresher and clearer skin.

Epsom salts: Epsom salts, obtained by evaporating water from lakes that are rich in magnesium sulphate, are renowned for helping muscle cramping and soreness, especially after strenuous exercise. A 20-minute soak in a salt bath can help the muscles recover quicker from the strain our bodies are put through on a daily basis, alleviating migraines and tension headaches. They have also been used to relieve soreness and promote healing after childbirth. Salt baths could help with circulation, preventing hardening of the arteries and supporting magnesium levels. A naturally occurring product that isn’t man-made in any way, giving us so many health benefits just from a little evening soak.

Scent: A light and gentle scent to whisk you away to the soft, fluffy clouds above where the air is clear and the stars are shining. De-stress your skin and your mind with an aroma of floral beauty and calm.

Soak steps:

Using the scoop provided, fill 3 to 4 scoops of marigold glow into the reusable tea bag and close. Drop into an empty tub and run your bath. Keep the herbal bath tea immersed in the water as you lay back and relax. A recommended 20-minute soaking time is advisable.

The bag is reusable so empty, rinse and dry for your next glow-up of Marigold glow.
