Did you know? The VATA dosha is all about balancing and grounding the mind and is believed to govern the body’s processes such as movement, blood flow and exhalation. The qualities of this dosha include space and air. So, some massages and environment can help keep this dosha stable. Food also plays an enormous part, so a person with a VATA’s dosha would have a diet plan to follow.  Certain grains, fruits and meats have to be avoided whilst others can be enjoyed without disturbing the balance of the body. Ayurveda medicine has been around for 5000 years and is practised in India today.
