Originating from Fujian Province in China, white peony tea is one of the most popular white teas in the world. A very light and soft-flavoured blend of tea with all the antioxidants and freshness you would expect. White tea is one of the least processed teas so contains the highest amounts of antioxidants and isn’t as overpowering as some other teas. Each leaf is picked and dried for 72 hours rather than the longer processes black and green tea endure. Not only is it light in taste but it is low in caffeine.
