A very fragrant green tea bathing soak, not only beautiful in scent but the petals and buds present in this mix are so vibrant in colour and beautiful in their own right, they will have you thinking peaceful thoughts in no time. Red rose petals delicately float into your bath along with the small buds of gentle jasmine to compliment the sweet vanilla essence and strawberry.
The scents in this tea take over your mind and create the perfect scene to just shut the world out, and bathe in peace. Organic oats will infuse your bath with moisture, skin will be rejuvenated with softness and the Epsom salts soothe any aches and pains you may have.

Herbal Bath Tea Soak

Ingredient benefits:
Rose petals: A real mood-boosting scent, rose can help lower anxiety and can even help with depression. The oils present in rose petals are a natural toner for the skin and could help fight acne and hydrate with its natural anti-inflammatory properties, giving you glowing skin to be proud of.
Jasmine: An uplifting fresh scent to wipe away feelings of sadness and helps to de-stress. Jasmine could also aid with menstrual cramping and other aches and pains as it’s a great muscle relaxant. The aroma these white flowers produce can support a good night’s sleep and tackle insomnia.
Vanilla: Another relaxing scent but has also been used as an aroma for amour, a natural aphrodisiac to fill the bedroom air with love. It can also have a calming effect on the brain and help with irritability. A very sweet scent that reminds anyone of a summer’s day with a bowl full of ice cream no wonder it makes us smile.

Soak steps:
Using the scoop provided, fill 3 to 4 scoops of Rosey sweet into the reusable tea bag and close. Drop into an empty tub and run your bath. Keep the herbal bath tea immersed in the water as you lay back and relax. A 20-minute soaking time is advisable.
The tea bag is reusable so empty, rinse and dry for your next calming Rosey sweet herbal bath tea soak.
