Ingredients: Lemon Balm | Chamomile | Lavender

Aroma: Relaxed chamomile and lavender sweep the air and float into your airways sending you to dreamland with the grassy scent of lemon balm connecting you to beautiful mother nature.

Teatime: With a yawn after a long day brew yourself a cup of this sleep-inducing Lavender Dreams tea and sink into those bed sheets.

Brewing instructions: 1 Tsp per cup of tea

Infusion time: Lavender Dreams has a recommended time of 5-8 minutes to infuse as there are some coarse elements which when steeped take a little longer to expel their flavour.

Colour: Light yellow

Lavender originates from the verb “lavare” which means to wash. Its words origin holds true in the ways in which we use lavender in soaps and body washes today. Even the Egyptians used lavender’s soothing scent to embalm and give the mummies a sweet-smelling aroma.

The Greeks used this purple flower to nurse a headache and heal a sore throat. Lavender comes from the mint family and can only be grown from a cut not from seeds with over 45 species and 450 varieties to date.
